Language comes naturally to humans. Unfortunately, the way we’ve made computers, they have a really hard time understanding language. This might be due to the fact that people can’t even define what a language is. NLP is the field of AI that tries to teach computers how to generate human language and, ultimately, gain a true understanding of the language.
